Had half a pepperoni grinder yesterday. Didn't gain!! Did some yard work and 3 batches of laundry on top of usual routine. Still need to drink more!





BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 131 AT 1:34 P.M.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
