So, yesterday I didn't feel like writing anything since there is no news... I am a bit disappointed in my lack of exercise, but somehow I have too much to do at home and by the time I am done I am so tired and it's late, so I rest instead. I am still losing weight and eating small portions and being careful, but somehow I feel guilty for not exercising... hmmm I don't know what to think. My vacation is in 2 weeks and I don't feel like doing anything until then, maybe this weather makes me feel that way. Rain, rain, rain all the time.. so sick of it!

So, this was a negative post from my side... I will try better I promise, I just don't know when... .. .

Do you work out at home or at a gym? If you're feeling too worn down to go to the gym then you could substitute it with home exercises, that way you don't have to get ready, drive, etc., etc. just to work out.

Well some times if you work out too hard you need a mental break. So when you are ready start out small, like 10 crunches before bed, then increase it by one each day. Every little bit counts. Thats the way I see it. Good Luck!

Send the rain south to Central Texas. We want and need rain bad. Actually got a little today and instead of making me tired, makes me want to get out and run!!!! Why is it we always want what we don't have. If time is an issue, and you haven't already gone and looked at the 30 Day Shred workouts, go to YouTube and do so. I think it might be a change of pace and with it only being 25 minutes, easy to fit into even a lazy day schedule!!!

Divided By Zero, I cancelled my gym because I was not able to committ for different reasons-not excuses. I would not achieve my goals while exercising at the gym-probably because I never dieted while working-out... until recently. So I did everything at home, my own diet, my own routine and bought some gym equipment, mat, ball, weights... just small things like that and exercised at home... and even that thse days is something I don't do... I will more than likely restart once my vacation is over. Thanks for the advice :)

LuShuan, thanks for the tip, I agree when we start with baby steps we end up increasing and doing it all! Willd efinitely have to do it that way! :) Thaks again.

information, you are right, when the sum came out, I smiled and yesterday went out for my lunch and break at work... that vitamine D does something amazing to my body! :) I know every day is a new day and a fresh start! Thanks!

jcbag97, thanks for the 30 day Shred reminder, see, I even failed to look it up! OH I have other problems that are on my mind and my vacation and everything is just so mixed up, that I forget things! Yes, we always want what we don't have... it's the way it is and I don't think that it will ever change, it's human's nature! 25 mins. definitely sounds less and easier than my 1hr workouts that I used to do and 200-250 crunches every day. I am still amazed that I look still good and am losing weight after stopping the exercise... it must be my food control! At least something! I am really looking forward to my vacations, I know once I am back it will be better and easier! Thank you ALL!!
