Hooray! My weight was back down to where it was at last Monday’s weigh-in. Even though I had the highest daily average calories for the week (over 1,800!) and indulged in way too many sweets, the Lord was gracious! PTL!
Now, today is a new start on what I’m purposing be my lowest week yet (under 1,440 average daily calories). Going to get some melon and maybe some grapes or cherries for snacking (instead of the empty calories I’ve been splurging on mostly chocolate sweets).
