My weigh gain is not too concerning with me because a lot of it has to do with it being that time of the month...so I am not going to freak out over it. Instead, I am just going to focus on working out, pushing myself and eating better. I refuse to be my own punching bag just like I refuse to be anyone else's.
Today had started off pretty good actually. I got up, was in a great mood. Cleaned the house and got some of my chores done...and then a fight with a friend which pissed me off to no end. It was great fuel for my workout but I am just baffled at it. I won't go into any details here but I am just really bothered by it. Maybe if I just not talk to this person for the rest of the day, things will be better...I dunno.
I also have decided to start these 14 day challenges with my oldest. She said to me that she wanted to start getting fit so I told her that I would try to help her as best as I can. So I found these 14 day challenges that I think would be good for her so...I get to do another workout on top of my normal evening workouts that are starting back up lol! I am gonna be exhausted but if it helps my daughter then that is the goal. :)
Anyhow, I am off to go clean the office and try to work this anger out.
Daily Summary *Focus T25: Stretch was great. I love how great my muscles feel right now. Like, I didn't work up a sweat but I feel really good. My body doesn't feel really tight or filled with pain...more...at ease.
Plank: 10 second plank. I killed it. This one is easy for me because it's only 10 seconds lol! I know it will get harder as this progresses so I will enjoy this feeling. :p
Kettlebell: Didn't get to do this because I had the task of bathing the cats...which is a huge chore. It took 3 people alone to bath my male cat so I spent over an hour squatting in the bathtub.
