Went to a wedding yesterday so I didn't record dinner, to complicated and not sure what I ate (i.e., what was in the dishes KWIM) Didn't over eat, and no cake. Walking this morning with my hubby. I don't walk as far with him as I do with my neighbor, so only 4412 steps for 32 minutes.
