Somehow I made it through Easter! We had a big family celebration with a lot of great cooks! I did a lot of cooking and baking, but held my own with the eating! I kept telling myself 'It is okay, but small amounts!' 😊👍😃👍 That is just what I did! No guilt which felt great! Besides that most of the guests had not seen me in quite a while so it was awesome to get the compliments (which helped with food control)! I really feel I can do this and keep going!

191.0 lb Lost so far: 67.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
