rough weekend with calories but stayed active. i'm still feeling very motivated and am good with a little alcohol and less healthy food (baby back ribs) on the weekends. This is a long term journey for me and i'm encouraged by my new standard of living. Not calling it a diet because it is my lifestyle now!! healthy eating, plenty of water, excercise and stay active, meditate, yoga, read, spiritual, etc. loving life and living love.
