I've been busy and skipping dinner, bad move!
A workplace acquaintance insisted I try his preferred weight loss technique...
... affectionately dubbed "The Guantanamo"
It involves "water boarding" , drinking as much water as you are capable of holding down and skipping breakfast.
It's funny because that's already how i drink water, without the torture bit.
Tasteless humour aside, I'll take eggs for breakfast... Thanks.
