Hello everyone, I am so thrilled with my weigh in I have actually gone below 150 I haven't been there in years, I do hope this shows better on my blood work in a couple of weeks. Sorry I haven't been posting to my journal for a few days, to much going on & I just didn't have the time to sit at the computer. We have a lovely day today & it's always good to just relax on a Sunday and maybe work outside. Have a great day everyone.
