Well this week was a bust. At least I didn't gain. Only went off plan one night this week when we were invited to go out with friends. Pizza places just don't have a lot of options. I am going to have to chose the restaurant next time. I got in my steps, stayed at 1200 calories. Got in my water. But I have discovered air popped pop corn as a snack. Looked over my food log for the last week and saw that I am consuming most of my calories at dinner. Going to switch that up this week. Yes, I am discouraged, but I won't let myself be defeated. I will just stay on course, cause you know it's not a diet but a lifestyle.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
