BIG BLOW OUT

Feeling bad - big scheme though - I put on 300g, really need more of a concentrated effort on getting rid of this weight.

Thinking of booking an appointment with the doctor and getting some medicinal assistance.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 145.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
