Another night at the hospital - this time I made sure to eat my protein before I got there so I wouldn't be tempted to have something terribly off plan. BONUS - I got another 20minute walk in last night too. Not feeling too well in my tummy today, though this usually happens when I am getting my period so it is expected. Looking for another "on track" day and some more weight loss.
