Another night at the hospital - this time I made sure to eat my protein before I got there so I wouldn't be tempted to have something terribly off plan.
BONUS - I got another 20minute walk in last night too.
Not feeling too well in my tummy today, though this usually happens when I am getting my period so it is expected.
Looking for another "on track" day and some more weight loss.

YAY!

264.3 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 145.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
