Morning ya'll! Got a good workout in - Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X (Beachbody/P90x). Did a warm up workout on ipad - Skimble (10 minutes). So glad to report, though my push-ups are barely a pushup (the downward motion leaves much room for improvement), I did not do the knee version. I was up on my toes like you're supposed to do. Granted I did range between 5 to 6 reps, but I was tickled that I wanted to try it, my form was better, and that I could actually do it.

Ab Ripper X - started off with 12 reps, then went to 8 reps, then went to 4, and finished off with 20 reps. Obviously, I was tired.

Used 3lb weights and the lightest bands we own and tried to make it a little challenging, and paying attention to my left shoulder and left elbow. Don't want to tweak it again.

Last night, just as we were readying for bed, our contractor called. It wasn't a bad conversation, but it stressed me out something fierce. No longer was I ready to call it a night. And I wanted to snack. It was after 8pm, so instead of grabbing a beer, I grabbed a piece of hard candy and left it at that.

I didn't get all my 8 16.9fl oz of water in -- but did get 6 - 16.9fl oz. Today will try harder.

Good for you! Even if you can do a ton of reps yet, doing 5 to 6 pushups off of your knees is a good thing, you'll just build up from there. Keep pushing yourself in different ways and you will see improvements.

Great workout MightyFull!! I have a habit with that too when I get stressed. I trying to help manage it by working out, but there's nothing wrong with giving yourself a treat.
