I absolutely love this website. I just think that it is such a great idea for people who are basically in the same boat, especially for people who do not have a great support system...I think this website is amazing! I am feeling pretty good today, doing a great job as far as portion control. I am going to be on my elliptical soon; I cannot wait.
I am so happy, because I am noticing that my arms are taking shape. They aren't as flabby as they were :)! Pilattes is wonderful! I would recommend pilattes to everybody! You can really tighten your body that way :) Have a blessed day, everybody! Get your healthy eat and workout on :)
