Yesterday was anniversary so i didnt work out and ate EVERYTHIng! Was good on Monday-followed diet adn ran 4.5 miles. TOday I got back on track -did weights but only ran 3miles-just didnt have any juice! But i am sure I will get back to 5 miles soom...diet okay today -noalcohol either...
