Okay I was a bad girl two days in a row. Because of the Saturday night out screwing up my Sunday and Monday. I had no food prepared, no groceries bought and hardly had any good sleep. Which led to take out Italian food. Big no no. Both Sunday and Monday I was off my diet pretty much. I already feel the effects of the high carb and barely any protein. I feel tired and weak. And I have my MMA class tonight. I wonder when I will finally learn that when I cheat I get SO TIRED. I want to stop falling off the wagon and see results. I wouldn't mind getting into Ketosis either..

You are not a "bad" person...LOL. You made some not great choices perhaps, but awareness is most of the battle. Start again today and kick butt tonight!

I will. I just don't understand why I have this pattern. I am good for two weeks. Then mess up with 1-2 meals. And I seem to repeat this pattern. But I am not getting far in my weight loss. HOWEVER I notice I am getting stronger in class. =( I wish there was a way to keep me on track and to get my body into ketosis and stay in it..seems so hard

I had a bad day the other day. I ate this huge date bread ring and I had the audacity to eat half of another one. Of course I didn't feel bad eating, but afterwards I felt the carb-intake. I then got paranoid and thought my inner thighs grew instantly lol. The next day I just tried to work it off and now I'm making I don't over-do it. It shouldn't effect your weight too much, as long as you get back on track. I hope you have a better week!

Thanks... don't worry about the bread ring you ate..i probably would of done the same If it was a king cake! I think I am making up for it. I am back on track now. I am glad my rut didn't turn into a week though
