So here we are at day 3. I'm feeling a lot better about things this morning. Last night I was able to go for a 30 minute walk after dinner with my husband and kids. The sun was not out AT FIRST but then it was blazing. I could feel my body working harder.

I work up early enough this morning to pack my clothes for the gym after work, make lunches, and make me a healthy breakfast. For a Monday morning, it started off right.

I have my BIG jug of water at my desk to save me from doing unnecessary snacking and now I'm ready to tackle my demons (there are bagels, donuts, and pastries in the kitchen!)

You can do it.... Also stash some 100 cal snacks or fiber bars or soy joy bars in your desk for emergencies.... They work wonders give you good sorces of energy instead of the sugary stuff that just makes you tank!!!
