Ok so had a big day of eating crappy food today... tim tams and dorritos!! ahh bad. SO resolution... tomorrow im getting back on it properly. Went for a big run tonight so feel very motivated to start it up again. I have 3 kg to lose in 4 weeks and im going to do it. PLUS im going to weigh myself every 2 days as motivation. Fingers crossed. xx
