I didn't lose any weight since yesterday, but I was 100% on my diet. Even though the scale didn't budge yesterday, I feel amazing for having made great choices and the energy and outlook is still soaring.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
