I have been sick for two weeks, so I've lost some body mass.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you -- I've not worked out in nearly a week due to what I thought was a cold, found out just really bad allergies. Getting back into the groove tomorrow. You will get your body mass back...quicker than you think!
