I am in the same boat. I was just reading on Atkins and see some people have lots sooo much weight. I have lost 10lbs in 4 weeks. I am happy I have lost at all but I feel frustrated that I have given up everything for such a slow loss. How long have you been on Atkins and how much have you lost? Hang in there.....

When you are not losing you need to look at your caloric intake. It doesn't matter what diet you are on, if you are taking in more than you are burning off, you may not lose. Also, are your clothes more loose? Some people lose fat/inches and don't see the scale move for a while. The scale is only one way to measure weight loss, how our clothes fit is another. Are you exercising? If not and can, it might be a good idea to get active. Stay hydrated to flush out sodium and it's important when you eat a lot of protein. Stress can also effect our loss by raising cortisol levels. Exercise can help with stress.
