Wow, not sure why my weight is up so high. Hopefully water retention from eating out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of last week; is something I rarely do. Well, I guess I must get some extra steps done this week. DANG!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
