I'm starting to slowly lose some strength.Soon I will have to drop down a bit.I've been here before and it is a bit depressing.Trying to eat less on my off days to allow a cheat meal on lift days.I always start these diets the same way super low carb and then end up moving to just a caloric deficit.I think it's just an excuse to eat a bit of what I want once in awhile and get away with it.lol

LOL - gotta keep the protein up for lifting,right? hopefully you can get energy from quality fats Whipple keeping the carbs down, I have the same delicate dance to maneuver as well.

Yeah you're right, that's what I should be doing as far as diet goes.It's just no fun feeling hungry all the time and getting weaker on my lifts is like salt in the wound.lol
