------Been a good Sunday, got to go to church for the first time in 2 weeks, sure do miss it when I cant go. Backing down the driveway was an adventure. Enjoyed the "Race" Have done good sticking to my diet. and counting carbs is a good change. I got all messed up on my weigh in Weighed the first time on the 10th, then saw all the carbs that would go to waste that week, and I put my weight in for the 16th , and was sure I had gained but had lost 4 lbs then 2 days ago I tried to fix it and made a bigger mess. I weighed 247.0 last Monday, I am so anxious to weigh in the morning and get this all straightened out. Been a good day---Thankful
