i dont know whats going on with the scale right now, so i am totally ignoring it. i feel like my weight can change when i think about eating and i am still struggling to determine my actual weight. which one is real - the low number on wednesday morning or the higher number on friday. i know i didnt gain 3 pounds in 2 days, or lose it in one day when it goes back down to the lower weight or saturday. i know its supposed to be how i feel, look or how my clothes fit - but if none of that is changing or my clothes size is actually going down why does my weight go up. ok - i will stop whining now, and work on being happy with my fitness and training for the marathon. life is good and that we should all remember.

It's the training- water weight significantly fluctuates. Look at my "weight progress" since I joined fat secret " in Jan. I started training in Jan . It looks like I went up and down but I sure didn't i started recording only once a week because it was confusing!! You will prob gain weight during the training but will be much more toned. That is what happens to me.
