no weight lost for the past couple days but I have been sick with a terrible UpRes.infection and haven't been feeling up to excersize. Im still K+ I dont feel bad about it, I just wish this sickness would end so I can get back to working out. Im still eating good and drinking plenty of water. I am going to have a protein day today and see if that helps.
