Ah, first workout in a month! I did Cardio X and it was great! 630 kcal in 43 minutes! Wow!

I have to go slow because I don't want to irritate my back again, that won't make the Dr. happy for sure! I hope to get out for a walk today when I get done with the Dr. depending on what the air condition is like out anyway. A code orange smog alert isn't really conducive to a healthy walk!

It sure didn't take long to gain a couple of pounds, why, oh why, won't it get lost as quickly! Oh well, trying to get back on track. It's just so hard in the summer when all I want to do is play! At least it's only a couple, so hopefully it won't take me too long to drop that.
