off for a weekend camping with scouts where the food will not be great and will involve sausages eggs and bacon. But on the other hand it will also involve heaps of walking and running around with kids so it think i will at the very least balance out.
275.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
