I'm really feeling overwhelmed and down today. I did lose almost a pound last week and after reviewing my food diary I see why it was so little. I was lazy with food choices and exercise last week. The last week of June is crazy busy in the insurance industry and I just couldn't find the time to get in the exercise every day like I've been doing. I think that's why I feel so down and stressed too. I am going to the gym as soon as I get home from work this evening and I'm leaving work on time. At this moment I think I'm going to take a walk over to the coffee shop and buy myself a nice fresh brewed coffee.

Don't be too down on yourself! Everyone sleps a little! You have been constantly losing weight since the start! That's so wonderful! I wish I could say the same. Keep up the hard work this week, but don't worry yourself over a lost week. This is a lifestyle change! Rememeber just that! It's the big picture!
