The scale is finally starting to move again. I've added a Saturday Bootcamp to my exercise routine. 5 months to Tahiti and i am starting to see abs, not flabs.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
