Woke this morning feeling positive. It took all I had not to step on the weight scale. Yes, my name is Denise and I'm a weight scale addict. I've promised myself to only weigh in on Friday mornings. I'll be hitting the gym 3 or maybe 4 times this week. My husband has offered to help me out without judgement or pressure....I'm not sure I believe him as he likes to push me to get results. No pain, no gain is what he says.... I'd like to find a simple daily meal plan that I can stick with that has few carbs and few calories to see fast results before I lose interest. Does anyone know of one that doesn't include tuna or cottage cheese....two things I can't stand.
