So now Day 5, still no cigarettes. Good good. I weighed myself, not sure why and got a very weird result I know I should not do that, I should stick to once a week, so I am going to ignore weird result (I was heavier but my bfm was reduced by a kilo and a bit weird), and weigh myself on Wednesday after a full week and see what the result is.

Several things impact weight... Bowl movements, water retention, hormones etc. Your weight also naturally fluctuates daily and during different times of the day.... Take measurements once a month, go by the way your clothes fit do not put everything on a number the scale spits out. Congrats on the not smoking and don't worry about the scale.
