HAPPY that I am getting close to the 180 lb mark which i haven't crossed in the last 12-13 years,although i feel a lot of the 7 pounds lost would water weight.Now it will be difficult to lose the next 5 pounds, i guess.Been sticking on to 1500 calories per day and putting in 3 days /wk of exercise mainly cardio for 45 minutes. Haven't measured the waist line ,but i feel i have lost .5 to 1 inch.I would be measuring that from next week.
