Wow, I was not expecting that. My husband and I went for a four mile hike and it was so much fun. We want to start doing it once a week to help with the weight loss. I've been really trying to eat well and this past week I did OK. I'm not going to lie to myself, I could have done better. But I keep saying "baby steps" and I'll be fine. I'm going to enjoy this loss and keep going down.
