Dropped another 1/2 pound!!! I am participating in a weight loss challenge at work. We are required to weigh-in 2x/week so I record each weigh-in here which is why the scale seems to move at 1/2 pound increments. If I was only weighing in once a week the drop would be more like a pound at a time. I weigh myself on Monday mornings and Thursday mornings. I do the Monday morning one to keep myself honest over the weekend. The Thursday morning one lets me know if I can 'cheat' on Thursday or Friday and still see a loss by Monday.

This week is going to be more difficult to see losses. Work is providing lunch Tuesday - Thursday so it won't be as healthy as what I bring from one but I am determined to eat selectively and watch my portions. Additionally, today is going to rain all day so no walking at lunch and the company provided lunches mean 'working lunches' so no chance to walk then either. Maybe I will be able to work after work if it is still light enough out.

The theme for the week is Conscientious Determination!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
