The holidays took their toll on my weight...finally got on the scale and discovered that 3 holidays in a months time add up. Totally my choice, just didn't realize how much effect they had. Sure enjoyed my season, now it's time to get back to business :)
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
