Since I am on weight watchers I need to start converting my food intake into their point system. I guess I will post it on my journal. Any better suggestions of how to track them?

Sorry. I do calorie count to track everything. WW is one plan I never tried because I thought it was too labor intensive to do the conversions to their point system. Certainly, I am not a math wiz :) Good luck!

Best of Luck with WW. I know that they had a calorie converter on line, but that was about 5 years ago. I lost 25 lbs doing their program. Unfortunately that was before I changed jobs and my ass married a desk. When I get past my current goal, my next goal is my WW weight.

By the way, to be honest, the main reason I never did WW was the weigh ins in front of other people. That ain't going to happen...ever :) except by a nurse at a doc's office.:( Hopefully, WW has changed now. I lost this 100 plus lbs by calorie counting and eating more whole clean foods. Not by any plan, pill, shakes, etc. Again, Good Luck!

Weight Watchers used to have an app for phones and a website where you could enter food and it would calculate your points. It does cost, but the cost is less when you are attending in person also. I lost about 30 - 40 pounds on WW.
