Atkins was the first diet I ever went on and the one I have returned to most often. I've also done WW and lost about 50 pounds. More recently, I've been on the 17 day diet and have been getting better and better about exercising. Down about 75 pounds from my maximum weight. Want to lose about 23 more. More later....
