I have had a naughty couple of weeks, eating lots of indulgent food, especially deep fried- my favourite.

Starting again with my trainer, following things closely. Fingers crossed!
146.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
