Jaysus. I can't stay away from the battered, deep fried and crispy. Anyone tried hypnotherapy for this? Usually, I leave it too long between meals, become way way hungry and then eat whatever I can get my hands on. Got to break this habit. Or else get my butt in the gym more. I have 9 weeks to my next goal session withe my personal trainer, and I really want to get to my goal fat %.

I have to say, I'm not really helping myself here! Well...I'm helping myself to the potatoes....
