It has been a rough couple of days. Fighting off colds and ear infections galore. Sleeping and eating too much. Not exercising enough. However, I'm back on in the saddle today. Got myself in gear with Tyler Durden in my head saying, "You're going to go through withdrawl...At 1500 calories a day, as opposed to 3000, you're going to go through withdrawl." Having dreams about forming a girl FC was inspiring too. Not that I will, but... :) Heh. Coworkers have been inspiring. "You don't need those cookies!" to "That recipe will help you lose that hundred pounds!" to "Drink the DIET coke!" I'm truly blessed to work with such cool ladies. Plus you FS folk have been my little santa's helpers, so loving y supportive y cool. So, I'm back in action, as of today, Tuesday June 16th. So far, 656 calories. Nine hundred to go at dinner, lightly, succulently, and sparingly. It's time I remember why I do this: not just for the trips or my health or the guts or the girl. For: myself.
