Started this today. I cant do hard workouts right now so hopefully this can help me lose weight.

Walking for 30 minutes a day can do wonders. That's the only cardio you need to lose fat instead of just carbs. Good luck!

Yep, normally I do yoga every day, PLUS something else for 30 mins, and that's usually just walking (fast) on the treadmill. I can't recommend walking enough. It's much better on your joints, especially knees than running, and the cardio difference if you walk fast is not that great from running.

Yep, I've been doing it for almost 2 month. Walking with a combination of fasting and calories counting of course. Already lose 22 lbs during that time.

one thing I learned in the army if nothing else is how beneficial walking is to your health. (of course that's without people shooting at you or having to worry about booby-traps

My sister was just raving to me about Get Fit with Rick. I am starting back up zlow with a lot of walking too. Trying to work up the nerve to do some Grow with Jo videos...

Would you let us know how intense it is? I had four knee surgeries (two on each knee) last year and can't walk, stand or climb for more than a few minutes. Not getting any exercise for the last 1.5 years is driving me buggy!
