Yesterday I played a little with fruit,, I stuck with berries but I ate 2 meals with them. wieght went up today,the day before I had a small serving and wieght did not go up, perhaps causing inflammation.My back was very ouwie and has been due to the weather, so can not truthfully say one way or another.the last loss I saw on the scale was when I kept calories under 900. I am calling this my hard limit.Unfortunately thi shas always been the case, get up from the table while you are still hungry my dad always said.
