wasn't really going to "officially" restart till Monday (tomorrow), but I actually started journaling my food again on the 1st...the only bad thing about trying this again, is on Friday (1/2) my throat started bothering me - Saturday morning felt like someone sandpapered it, better that evening, so I thought I'd try a couple songs at Karaoke - WRONG - lost track last night of how many times I woke up cause it felt like I was swallowing glass...managed a couple of scrambled eggs and coffee this morning...not too bad - we'll see how the rest of the day goes. I know the scale is down some, but gna try to only post that once a week - tbh, tho, I'd forgotten what my insides do the first week or so of under 30 carbs......... :/
Off to the idiot box, and FOOTBALL - my boys (SEAHAWKS!!!) are on a bye this week - champs in our division!...here's to hoping the Cowboys LOSE! anyone else, I don't really care lmao
