I think I've added all the food I had today, even overstated by a bit, but it still reached only RDI of 51%..
Shall I eat more? But all I had was pretty much enough to satisfy my appetite.
+ I did some exercise, like push ups, very light lifting
Am I doing something wrong in this beginning of my journey of losing weight (aimed to lose 5-7kg)
Any suggestions?
