Shortage in RDI
About the RDI, according to the mummydee's suggested calculator I should be consuming 1400+ kcal daily to lose 1kg/week. Currently I am consuming around 1.2k kcal a day + keeping myself active Smile Hope results will come!

Shortage in RDI
Thank You guys a lot for the replies and suggestions! I really appreciate! I just need to keep up with my diet and being active.

Today I tried this cardio workout, made it only up to 17mins! next day will try harder to get better results! BURN FAT BURN!

Shortage in RDI
Hello guys!

I was always slim type and actually maybe under weight type of person, especially when I was teenager. I was always active, lots of running, playing basketball and cycling.

But.. Last year I have become almost inactive and gained around 7kg... I looked at the mirror and felt just sad about my current situation so I've decided to do something to get myself fit again.

I have adjusted my diet a bit, I've added history of foods I had last 2 days + started some light exercise (mainly at home: push ups, light cardio etc)

The problem is that according to RDI i am just half way through daily of what is recommended...

Shall I eat more? But all I had was pretty much enough to satisfy my appetite.

+ I did some exercise, like push ups, very light lifting

Am I doing something wrong in this beginning of my journey of losing weight (aimed to lose 5-7kg)


Any suggestions ?
