I woke up and man...I am pretty sore. I think it is from that 30 second plank because it's all in my legs and butt. Well now that I think about it, it's probably a combination of both my workout and the planking because yesterday was all lower body work. So...I was doing some research today on what program is best for losing body fat and man...I was surprised. So after I am done with the P90X3 Classic Schedule...I am changing what I plan on doing next.

After doing research, it has come up that Shaun T's Focus T25 is better with the fat loss whereas the P90X3 is better at building muscle. So now, with this insight, I am planning on going through the Focus T25 to see if I can drop some of this fat. Once I go through that (maybe twice depending on my stamina), then I will come back to the P90X3. I mean, I have better core strength and such thanks to the P90X series but I still have that lovely *coughnotsolovely* layer of fat there that just...does nothing but jiggle. So hopefully I can see some results with that. I am hoping lol. If I can shed that layer...then all will be well lol!

After learning about how T25 is more fat loss based, I feel pretty confident now. Maybe that is what I needed to kick me in the butt and back to motivating myself to continue this tough journey. I guess there are times where I just feel so defeated and it's my fault. I know it is. I forget that sometimes, little changes like that can help. So we will see if it makes a difference.

My eating is still not doing so well but I am trying. I have several different things I am looking at now so hopefully I can come up with something that will work for me. I know that I need to start making healthier choices. I also need to go buy some stuff that I need since my sister's bf destroyed the chicken breast I had. I asked him to cook it for me...he said okay (he's studying to become a chef) and when I got home...it was burned beyond recognition. Basically...he had them in the oven and fell asleep. Several hours later, when I got home...yeah. He was just lucky he didn't start a fire or make the whole house all smokey. ><

So with renewed hope of losing weight, I suppose I will end it here and get my day started. 21 more days and I am done with the P90X3 Classic Schedule. :D
