Came home from work to a house filled with the aroma of meatloaf, my wife makes GREAT meatloaf. So dinner was that with mashed potatoes and peas, now I'm full. Over my RDI and too many carbs but so good. We're taking some to a family that lost their mom last month then going to see the new hunger games movie. Will get in a late workout before bed. Wishing all a nice weekend.
