Well, it's been ALMOST a week since I've been to the gym. Traveling on business and other personal commitments have kept me from doing what I want to do... So, it's NOT surprising that I've gained a few pounds over the past week or so. I'm sure MOST of the weight gain is water weight, BUT I haven't been eating very well either... DUOH!!!
Today I WILL get to the gym!!!
