This working, not even hungry, plus all the weight is falling off my stomach (what I wanted to start, legs can wait..). gonna start running 2 times a week next week and weight training 5 times a week like I used to, so excitedt o get my body back, that Im sitting at a great coffee shop restaurant around people eating fries, burgers pasta atc, and I dont even want a bite! Just looking forward to my KimChi and tofu soup tonight. Hot tubbing on Saturday, hope to be 18.5 by then!!!
